CUSTOM CAKE TOPPERS

Complete your celebration with a Custom Cake Topper designed especially for your event!

Each topper is customized to coordinate with your selected party theme, colors, name, age, and/or other requested details.

Choose from a 3D Layered Cake Topper, 3D Shaker Cake Topper, or Printed Cake Topper when placing your order.

1. CHOOSE YOUR CAKE TOPPER STYLE

A) 3D LAYERED CAKE TOPPER

Our 3D Layered Cake Topper is handmade using high-quality cardstock and multiple layers to create a detailed, dimensional design.

Foam adhesive is placed between select layers to add height, dimension, and depth, giving your topper a beautiful 3D effect.

Your topper will be customized to coordinate with your selected theme, colors, name, and/or age.

B) 3D SHAKER CAKE TOPPER

Want a little extra detail? Our 3D Shaker Cake Topper combines the layered look of our 3D topper with an added interactive shaker element.

The topper is handmade using high-quality cardstock, layered design elements, and foam adhesive to create height and dimension.

A shaker element is incorporated into the design and filled with coordinating glitter, sequins, and/or decorative shaker pieces selected to complement your theme and color scheme.

The shaker pieces move freely inside the topper, adding an extra decorative touch to your cake display.

C) PRINTED CAKE TOPPER

Looking for something simple while still keeping your cake customized to your celebration? Choose our Printed Cake Topper.

This option features a full-color printed custom design that is professionally cut to shape.

Unlike our 3D options, the Printed Cake Topper does not include layered cardstock, foam adhesive, or a shaker element.

It will still be fully customized to coordinate with your selected party theme, colors, name, and/or age.

REMOVABLE CAKE TOPPER STICK

All cake topper styles include a removable cake stick attached to the back.

After your celebration, simply remove the stick and keep your custom topper as a special keepsake from your event.

2. PERSONALIZATION

Please enter the name, age, party theme, preferred colors, event date, and any additional design details or requests in the personalization box when placing your order.

If you have inspiration photos or additional details for your theme, you may send them after your order has been placed.

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

TURNAROUND TIME

Our current turnaround time for custom orders is approximately 3–4 weeks from order placement to estimated delivery.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for designing, printing, cutting, layering, and assembling your order, followed by approximately 1 week for shipping and delivery.

If you need your cake topper sooner than our standard turnaround time, please send us a message BEFORE placing your order to confirm that we can accommodate your event date. If your order can be accommodated, a rush fee may apply.

Please do not place a rush order without contacting us first.

DESIGN PROCESS

Once your order has been placed and we have received all of the information needed for your custom topper, we will begin the design process.

Once your first design draft is complete, a mockup will be sent to you for review. At this time, you may request changes or approve your design.

After all requested changes have been completed and you approve your final mockup, your order will be assigned a production date and scheduled ship date. This information will be included with your final approved mockup.

Once your scheduled production date arrives, we will begin creating your cake topper.

After your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped. Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped.

FINAL APPROVAL & CHANGES

Please review your final mockup carefully before approving it. Be sure to check all names, ages, spelling, colors, wording, and design details.

Once your final mockup has been approved and your order has entered production, changes are no longer guaranteed.

If you request a change after production has started and the requested change can still be accommodated, an additional fee will apply to cover any additional design time, materials, reprinting, or production costs.

HANDMADE ITEM NOTICE

Each cake topper is custom designed and handmade for your order. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in placement, layering, or decorative elements may occur.

Shaker fillings may also vary depending on the selected theme, color scheme, and availability of coordinating materials.

COLOR QUALITY

Colors may appear differently depending on your phone, tablet, computer, or monitor settings. Because of this, the colors of your finished printed topper may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

REFUNDS

Because each order is customized specifically for you, all customized items are final sale and refunds are not available.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact me so I can review the situation and do my best to assist you.

SHIPPING

The 3–4 week turnaround time includes estimated shipping time.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped.

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, shipping delays and other carrier-related issues are outside of my control.

If you would like to add shipping insurance to your order, please contact me before your order ships.
