1. Choose Your Chip Bag Option

A) UNFILLED Chip Bags

Choose the “Unfilled” option if you would like to add your own chips, snacks, or party favors.

Your custom chip bags will arrive pre-folded and unfilled, ready for you to add your choice of 1 oz. chip bags, individually packaged snacks, or small party favors.

PLEASE NOTE: We recommend keeping all food and snacks inside their original packaging before placing them inside the custom bag. Placing food directly inside may cause grease or oil stains on the printed material.

Once filled, hot glue will need to be applied along the top and bottom edges to securely seal the bag.

B) FILLED Chip Bags

Choose the “Filled” option if you would like your chip bags to arrive ready for your event.

Each custom bag will include one unopened 1 oz. bag of chips and will arrive fully assembled and sealed. Please select your preferred chip option when placing your order.

2. PERSONALIZATION

Please enter the name, age, theme, preferred colors, and any additional design details or requests in the personalization box when placing your order.

ADDING A PHOTO?

If you would like a photo incorporated into your design, please email it to thedesignstudio2.00@gmail.com along with your order number.

For the best results, please send a clear, high-quality photo with a clean background.

TURNAROUND TIME & DESIGN PROCESS

TURNAROUND TIME

Our current turnaround time for custom party packages is approximately 3–4 weeks from order placement to estimated delivery.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for designing, printing, cutting, and assembling, followed by approximately 1 week for shipping and delivery.

If you need your order sooner than our standard 3–4 week turnaround time, please send us a message BEFORE placing your order to confirm that we can accommodate your event date. If your order can be accommodated, a rush fee may apply.

Please do not place a rush order without contacting us first.

DESIGN PROCESS

Once your order has been placed and we have received all of the information needed for your custom order, we will begin the design process.

Once your first design draft is complete, a mockup will be sent to you for review. At this time, you may request changes or approve your design.

After all requested changes have been completed and you approve your final mockup, your order will be assigned a production date and scheduled ship date. This information will be included with your final mockup.

Once your scheduled production date arrives, we will begin printing, cutting, and assembling your order.

After your order is complete, it will be packaged and shipped. Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped.

FINAL APPROVAL & CHANGES

Please review your final mockup carefully before approving it. Be sure to check all names, ages, spelling, colors, wording, and design details.

Once you approve your final mockup and your order has entered production, changes can no longer be made without an additional fee.

If you request a change after production has started, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteedat this stage. If the requested change can still be accommodated, an additional fee will be charged to cover any additional design time, materials, reprinting, or production required.

IMPORTANT

The 3–4 week turnaround time includes estimated shipping time. Carrier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays outside of our control.

COLOR QUALITY

Colors may appear differently depending on your phone, tablet, computer, or monitor settings. Because of this, the colors of your finished printed items may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

REFUNDS

Because each order is customized specifically for you, all customized items are final sale and refunds are not available.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact me so I can review the situation and do my best to assist you.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped.

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, shipping delays and other carrier-related issues are outside of my control.

If you would like to add shipping insurance to your order, please contact me before your order ships.
