Take the stress out of coordinating your party favors with our Custom Knox Party Package! This package includes a complete collection of personalized party favors designed to coordinate with your selected theme, colors, name, and/or age.

Choose 6 to receive 6 of each party favor listed below, or choose 12 to receive 12 of each party favor. One 3D Cake Topper is included with either package size.

All items will be customized in the same coordinating theme and color scheme to create a cohesive look throughout your celebration.

SWAPS & SUBSTITUTIONS

Want to switch out one of the included favors? Package items may be swapped or substituted for another available item of equal value.

Substitution requests should be provided when placing your order. Any requested item that is priced higher than the original package item may require an additional charge.

PERSONALIZATION

Please enter the name, age, party theme, preferred colors, event date, and any additional design details or requests in the personalization box when placing your order.

If you have inspiration photos or additional details for your theme, you may send them after your order has been placed.

ADDING A PHOTO?

If you would like a photo incorporated into your party favor designs, please email it to thedesignstudio2.00@gmail.com along with your order number.

For the best results, please send a clear, high-quality photo with a clean background.

All items in your package will be designed to coordinate with one another; however, individual design elements may vary slightly from item to item to best fit each product.

This is a custom-made package, so please carefully review all names, ages, colors, and other personalization details before submitting your order

TURNAROUND TIME & DESIGN PROCESS

TURNAROUND TIME

Our current turnaround time for custom party packages is approximately 3–4 weeks from order placement to estimated delivery.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for designing, printing, cutting, and assembling, followed by approximately 1 week for shipping and delivery.

If you need your order sooner than our standard 3–4 week turnaround time, please send us a message BEFORE placing your order to confirm that we can accommodate your event date. If your order can be accommodated, a rush fee may apply.

Please do not place a rush order without contacting us first.

DESIGN PROCESS

Once your order has been placed and we have received all of the information needed for your custom order, we will begin the design process.

Once your first design draft is complete, a mockup will be sent to you for review. At this time, you may request changes or approve your design.

After all requested changes have been completed and you approve your final mockup, your order will be assigned a production date and scheduled ship date. This information will be included with your final mockup.

Once your scheduled production date arrives, we will begin printing, cutting, and assembling your order.

After your order is complete, it will be packaged and shipped. Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped.

FINAL APPROVAL & CHANGES

Please review your final mockup carefully before approving it. Be sure to check all names, ages, spelling, colors, wording, and design details.

Once you approve your final mockup and your order has entered production, changes can no longer be made without an additional fee.

If you request a change after production has started, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteedat this stage. If the requested change can still be accommodated, an additional fee will be charged to cover any additional design time, materials, reprinting, or production required.

IMPORTANT

The 3–4 week turnaround time includes estimated shipping time. Carrier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays outside of our control.

COLOR QUALITY

Colors may appear differently depending on your phone, tablet, computer, or monitor settings. Because of this, the colors of your finished printed items may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

REFUNDS

Because each order is customized specifically for you, all customized items are final sale and refunds are not available.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact me so I can review the situation and do my best to assist you.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped.

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, shipping delays and other carrier-related issues are outside of my control.

If you would like to add shipping insurance to your order, please contact me before your order ships.
