CUSTOM MINI COLORING BOOKS

Our Custom Mini Coloring Books make a fun and personalized party favor for your celebration! Each coloring book is customized to coordinate with your selected party theme, colors, name, and/or age.

Each mini coloring book is created from an 8.5" x 11" double-sided printed sheet that is cut in half, creating a compact mini-size coloring book.

Each coloring book includes a custom-designed cover and is packaged inside a clear cello bag with a coordinating custom tag at the top, making it ready to hand out to your guests.

1. CHOOSE YOUR COLORING BOOK OPTION

A) MINI COLORING BOOK – WITHOUT CRAYONS

Choose the “Without Crayons” option if you would like to provide your own crayons.

This option includes the custom mini coloring book, clear cello bag, and coordinating custom topper/tag.

Crayons are NOT included with this option.

B) MINI COLORING BOOK – WITH CRAYONS

Choose the “With Crayons” option for a complete coloring activity favor.

This option includes the custom mini coloring book, crayons, clear cello bag, and coordinating custom topper/tag.

Your coloring book sets will arrive fully assembled and ready for your event.

2. CHOOSE YOUR QUANTITY

Custom Mini Coloring Books are available in quantities of 6, 12, 18, or 24.

3. PERSONALIZATION

Please enter the name, age, party theme, preferred colors, event date, and any additional design details or requests in the personalization box when placing your order.

If you have inspiration photos or additional details for your theme, you may send them after your order has been placed.

ADDING A PHOTO?

If you would like a photo incorporated into your coloring book design, please email it to thedesignstudio2.00@gmail.com along with your order number.

For the best results, please send a clear, high-quality photo with a clean background.

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

TURNAROUND TIME

Our current turnaround time for custom orders is approximately 3–4 weeks from order placement to estimated delivery.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for designing, printing, cutting, and assembling, followed by approximately 1 week for shipping and delivery.

If you need your order sooner than our standard turnaround time, please send us a message BEFORE placing your order to confirm that we can accommodate your event date. If your order can be accommodated, a rush fee may apply.

Please do not place a rush order without contacting us first.

DESIGN PROCESS

Once your order has been placed and we have received all of the information needed for your custom order, we will begin the design process.

Once your first design draft is complete, a mockup will be sent to you for review. At this time, you may request changes or approve your design.

After all requested changes have been completed and you approve your final mockup, your order will be assigned a production date and scheduled ship date. This information will be included with your final mockup.

Once your scheduled production date arrives, we will begin printing, cutting, and assembling your order.

After your order is complete, it will be packaged and shipped. Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped.

FINAL APPROVAL & CHANGES

Please review your final mockup carefully before approving it. Be sure to check all names, ages, spelling, colors, wording, and design details.

Once your final mockup has been approved and your order has entered production, changes are no longer guaranteed.

If you request a change after production has started and the change can still be accommodated, an additional fee will apply to cover any additional design time, materials, reprinting, or production costs.

COLOR QUALITY

Colors may appear differently depending on your phone, tablet, computer, or monitor settings. Because of this, the colors of your finished printed items may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

REFUNDS

Because each order is customized specifically for you, all customized items are final sale and refunds are not available.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact me so I can review the situation and do my best to assist you.

SHIPPING

The 3–4 week turnaround time includes estimated shipping time.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped.

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, shipping delays and other carrier-related issues are outside of my control.

If you would like to add shipping insurance to your order, please contact me before your order ships.
