CUSTOM PARTY BANNERS

Add a personalized finishing touch to your celebration with our Custom Party Banners!

Each banner is handmade using high-quality cardstock and customized to coordinate with your selected party theme, colors, name, and/or age.

Design elements are created with layered cardstock and foam adhesive to add height, dimension, and a detailed 3D effect.

1. CHOOSE YOUR BANNER STYLE

A) CUSTOM HAPPY BIRTHDAY BANNER

Our Custom Happy Birthday Banner is designed using individual pennants customized to coordinate with your party theme.

The banner includes all of the letters needed to spell “HAPPY BIRTHDAY”, with each letter displayed on its own coordinating pennant.

The banner also includes 2 additional decorative pennants featuring coordinating design elements from your selected theme.

Layered cardstock and foam adhesive are used throughout the design to create added dimension and a detailed 3D look.

Your banner will arrive fully assembled and ready to display for your event.

B) CUSTOM HIGH CHAIR BANNER

Our Custom High Chair Banner is designed especially for your little one's birthday celebration and makes the perfect addition to their high chair setup, cake smash, or birthday photos.

The banner features a customized center pennant displaying your child's age/number, along with coordinating decorative elements designed to match your selected theme.

Coordinating ribbons are added to both ends of the banner to complete the look and make it easy to incorporate into your high chair setup.

Layered cardstock and foam adhesive are used to give the design added height and dimension.

Your high chair banner will arrive fully assembled and ready for your celebration.

2. PERSONALIZATION

Please enter the name, age, party theme, preferred colors, event date, and any additional design details or requests in the personalization box when placing your order.

If you have inspiration photos or additional details for your theme, you may send them after your order has been placed.

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

TURNAROUND TIME

Our current turnaround time for custom orders is approximately 3–4 weeks from order placement to estimated delivery.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for designing, printing, cutting, and assembling your order, followed by approximately 1 week for shipping and delivery.

If you need your order sooner than our standard turnaround time, please send us a message BEFORE placing your order to confirm that we can accommodate your event date. If your order can be accommodated, a rush fee may apply.

Please do not place a rush order without contacting us first.

DESIGN PROCESS

Once your order has been placed and we have received all of the information needed for your custom order, we will begin the design process.

Once your first design draft is complete, a mockup will be sent to you for review. At this time, you may request changes or approve your design.

After all requested changes have been completed and you approve your final mockup, your order will be assigned a production date and scheduled ship date. This information will be included with your final approved mockup.

Once your scheduled production date arrives, we will begin printing, cutting, layering, and assembling your banner.

After your order is complete, it will be packaged and shipped. Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped.

FINAL APPROVAL & CHANGES

Please review your final mockup carefully before approving it. Be sure to check all names, ages, spelling, colors, wording, and design details.

Once your final mockup has been approved and your order has entered production, changes are no longer guaranteed.

If you request a change after production has started and the requested change can still be accommodated, an additional fee will apply to cover any additional design time, materials, reprinting, or production costs.

COLOR QUALITY

Colors may appear differently depending on your phone, tablet, computer, or monitor settings. Because of this, the colors of your finished printed items may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

REFUNDS

Because each order is customized specifically for you, all customized items are final sale and refunds are not available.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact me so I can review the situation and do my best to assist you.

SHIPPING

The 3–4 week turnaround time includes estimated shipping time.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped.

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, shipping delays and other carrier-related issues are outside of my control.

If you would like to add shipping insurance to your order, please contact me before your order ships.
